The yarn is 80% British baby grade alpaca blended with 20% Tussah silk and manufactured in the UK. The alpaca in this yarn is sourced from UKAlpaca's herd in Tiverton, as well as from alpaca farms in the UK and Ireland.

This is a proven blend that offers increased resistance to shedding and pilling in this delicate yarn and gives improved loft and substance whilst still retaining its wonderful softness.
